Hampton joins Public Democracy with years of experience building multicultural teams focused on developing community led solutions to local problems. Over the last year, Hampton worked for a community organisation in Waltham Massachusetts, where he lead the strategic planning and financial development for the organisation. Prior to attending graduate school, Hampton spent three years working for AmeriCorps and for an international aid organisation in South Sudan.
He is a recent graduate from the Heller School for Social Policy and Management with a MA in Conflict Resolution and Coexistence and an MBA in Social Impact. He is passionate about building bridges across the divides in society and politics.
